BIO-Europe Spring 2009 invites midsized pharmaceutical companies
to present at the conference. This presentation track reflects the
many requests received from the biotechnology industry and from the
conference's continuously increasing number of participants from midsized
pharmaceutical companies who are involved in the partnering process.
We believe that these presentations will further enhance the opportunity
for onsite deal making between midsized pharmaceutical companies and
biotechnology companies.

Company profiles received after February 27, 2009 will not be included on the BIO-Europe Spring
2009 conference CD. However, your company profile will be published
in the password-protected Partnering section of the BIO-Europe Spring
Web site. |

Presentations by companies are 14 minutes
long and focus on the following topics |

- Company overview, including a company's products on the market
- Existing alliances with biotechnology or other pharmaceutical
companies
- Type of alliances sought

A committee consisting of sponsors, BIO, EBE and
EBD Group representatives will choose the presenters. Selection
will be based on recommendations of the selection committee, which
reflects the interests of biotechnology companies, licensing and
strategic alliances interests, and membership in BIO. |

Payment |
| |
You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment shortly after your registration. The invoice is payable within 15 business days.
To guarantee the early registration discount (deadline January 16,2009) payments must be received by February 6, 2009.

Cancellation Policy |
| |
Cancellations must be received in writing by February
6, 2009, to Tom Voigt at tvoigt@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund
(minus 250 euro processing fee). Refunds will be processed after
BIO-Europe Spring.
After February 6, 2009, the full registration fee is applicable.
However, a paid up registration is transferable
to a replacement from your company.
No-shows will be billed for the full registration fee as we are fulfilling our event obligations |

Deadline for applying to present: December 5,

We will notify you about the status/outcome of your application by early January,
2009. The notification will also contain a link to your online invoice
and payment instructions. |
