Next Generation Exhibit Information

At BIO-Europe Spring we offer young biotech companies the opportunity to purchase exhibit space at a special discounted rate to enable start-up companies to showcase their technologies to biotech and pharma companies.
   
   
Eligible to apply are companies that meet the following criteria:
Created in the past 3 years
Less than 25 employees
Identifiable technology or product pipeline, not yet in phase II
Not revenue generating
Never before exhibited at a conference organized by EBD Group

We offer as standard stand sizes: Euro US$
4 sqm
(20% discount) 		2,600 + 7% VAT
3,200 + 7% VAT
6 sqm
(25% discount) 		3,675 + 7% VAT
4,460 + 7% VAT
 

*North American registrants will be invoiced in USD. All others please remit in Euro.
   
   
Your booth fee includes:
4 or 6sqm exhibit space per booth for all 3 conference days
Carpeting including daily vacuuming
Regular power supply
Company profile in the conference book
Exhibitor listing in the conference book
Online exhibitor listing including company logo
One (1) complimentary registration
Full access to the conference partnering system
Breakfasts, luncheon and coffee breaks during 3 conference and exhibition days
Welcome Reception and 2 evening events
Poster stand to attach your poster, if needed
