Participating companies may submit up to 60 requests to meet with representatives of other companies. If the requests are accepted by both parties, pre-scheduled private meetings between the representatives - at mutually convenient times and places during the course of the conference - will be scheduled.

The conference format features private, pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between senior-level executives.

State-of-the-art partnering software enables participants to select the most suitable potential partners.
Starting now all registered individuals will be able to review the profiles of all other registered companies on the password protected section of the partnering Web site.
Several search features are available to facilitate the process of identifying potential partners or clients.
Companies may request meetings with companies of their choice.
Based on acceptance by the requested party, we will pre-schedule private meetings held in private booths.

At our recent BIO-Europe Spring 2007 conference, more than 4,001 one-to-one meetings were held.
