Biotechnology companies interested in partnering their
technologies or products, initiating strategic alliances, or tapping
into the European financing network are welcome to apply to present
at BIO-Europe Spring® 2010.
A panel of industry experts will select the presenting companies. The
panel will make each decision based on the company profile that was
submitted
and on the interests of the pharmaceutical companies, consistency with
BIO-Europe Spring’s focus and the licensability of products or
technology. |

EBD Group has already implemented various measures to produce more environmentally-conscious conferences. Our first step in this direction was to discontinue hard copies of company profiles in order to reduce paper usage. Our next step in going green is to refrain from producing conference CDs which also included company profiles. Your company profile will of course continue to be published in the password-protected partnering section of the BIO-Europe Spring
website.
We will now make all company profiles available as a download. You can access the download tool within the partneringONE® system starting March 3 and it will remain available for a few months until after the conference. Please note that profiles received after February 26 will not be included in the download. |

| Companies selected for a presentation
will receive an invoice shortly after they have been notified about
their assigned presentation slot. |

Cancellations must be sent
by January 29, 2010,
to Tom Voigt at tvoigt@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a EUR 250/USD 300 processing fee) or the full
registration and presenting fee will be charged. Refunds will
be processed after BIO-Europe Spring 2010.
After January 29, 2010,
the full registration fee is applicable. However,
a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement from your
company.
Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration
fee and if applicable the full presentation fee. |

Please register the new person who will attend the conference in your place at www.ebdgroup.com/bes/registration.htm and note “replaces (your name) who will no longer attend” in the comment field within the online registration form.
We will then activate the new registration, deactivate your registration and transfer your payment (if already submitted). Meeting requests and scheduled meetings will be transferred as well.
Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee.
