  Companies with 3 full paying delegates will receive 1 complimentary ticket for the 4th attendee from that company.

Profile/Conference CD
  Company profiles received after March 21, 2008 will not be included on the BIO-Europe Spring 2008 conference CD. However, your company profile will be published in the password-protected Partnering section of the BIO-Europe Spring Web site.

For Sponsors and Exhibiting companies only: the deadline for submitting your profile for the printed conference book is March 17, 2008. Changes made after March 17 will not be included in the conference book however, your company profile will be published in the password-protected Partnering section of the BIO-Europe Spring Web site.
     
     
Your registration covers:
  Participation in One-to-One Partnering meetings
  Unlimited access to all workshops, presentations and panel discussions
  Admission to the Exhibition Area
  Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
  Conference handout
  Dinner events during the conference
     
     
Payment
  You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment shortly after your registration. The invoice is payable within 15 business days.
To guarantee the early registration discount (deadline February 1, 2008) payments must be received by February 22, 2008.
   
   
Cancellation Policy
  Cancellations must be sent in writing by February 22, 2008, to fax number 49 (89) 2388 756-55 to receive a refund (minus 250 euro processing fee). Refunds will be processed after BIO-Europe Spring.
After February 22, 2008, the full registration fee is applicable. However, a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement from your company.
NB: No-shows will be billed for the full registration fee.
