EBD Group has not released contact details of attendees and will never request your credit card or bank details over the phone or by email. Our partner hotels are not working with this service company and the rates it announces are not all genuine. All our official conference hotels are listed on the Hotel Info pages of our conference websites and only these hotels will be served by any shuttle bus that may be scheduled.

All partner hotels can be booked directly through the reservation fax form or online as indicated on the hotels' detail pages.
