Innovative companies interested in partnering their
technologies or products, initiating strategic alliances,
or tapping into the European financing network are
welcome to apply to present at BioDevice Partnering
2007.
A panel of industry experts will select the presenting
companies. The panel will make each decision based
on the company profile that was submitted and on the
interests of the medical device, pharmaceutical and
other large corporations, consistency with BioDevice
Partnering’s focus
and the licensability of products or technology.
Selected companies will be presenting in the following
main categories:

The company
presentation fee is 500 € / US$ 650 in addition
to the registration fee. North American registrants
will be invoiced in USD. All others
please remit in Euro. VAT will be added as applicable.
With your Application to Present you are automatically
registered for the conference. There is no need to register
separately. |

Application Process |

Please submit
your Application
to Present through this Web site if
you would like to apply for a 15 min company presentation
opportunity. It is essential that you complete your
company profile, as your application may be rejected
if we do not have sufficient information on which to
evaluate your company. |

Companies
may apply to present any time up to the date of the conference.
Your chances of being awarded a speaking slot are improved
by early application and prompt filing of your company
profile.
Early applicants also benefit from the early registration
rates, which end March 31, 2007
Deadline for applying to present was February
23, 2007 for those companies wishing
to receive notification on their application status by mid-March,
with successful applicants listed on the web site.
Later applicants will be placed on a waiting list and acceptance
will be subject to availability of slots and the technology
/ therapeutic themes of planned tracks. |

Profile/Conference Book |
| |
Your company profile will be
published in the BioDevice Partnering conference book as well
as the password-protected Partnering section of the BioDevice
Partnering website.
Deadline for changes to the profiles to be included in the
conference book is May 11, 2007. Changes made after May 11
will only be reflected on the website but not in the conference
book. To review your profile click here.
You will also appear on the attendee list of the conference
book. |

Confirmation |
| |
You will be sent a confirmation of your
application to present by e-mail. |
| |

Cancellation Policy |
| |
Cancellations must be
received in writing by Friday, April 9, 2007 to fax
number +1 (760) 930 0520 to receive a refund (minus
200 € processing fee).
Refunds will be processed after BioDevice Partnering. After
April 9, 2007, the full application to present fees are applicable.
NB: No-shows will be billed for the full presentation fee.
