BIO-Europe 2010 features exhibit space for sponsors and non-sponsors
- All booths will be located in the main conference area
- All breakfasts, coffee breaks and the closing reception will take place in the exhibit hall
- Standard booths for non-sponsoring companies
- In-line and corner booths are available

Exhibitor package
The cost for the exhibitor package is EUR 6,595*/USD 7,945* (EUR 6,795*/USD 8,145* after August 31).
This package includes:
- 6 m2 booth space (2 m x 3 m; approx 10' x 7') comprising
- Back panel, and partition panels as necessary
- Standard carpeting as necessary
- Basic power supply
- Wireless LAN internet access
- Listing with logo, hyperlink and company name on the conference website
- Company profile on the website
- Company name listed in the conference guide
- One booth personnel registration. This covers food and beverages for all conferences days and access to all evening events, but does not include access to partnering
- One full (partnering) registration ticket at the prevailing rate**
* North American registrants will be invoiced in USD, and all others in EUR. VAT will be added as applicable.
** Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced at the appropriate registration rate.

Space is limited and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Useful information
Confirmed exhibitors
Detailed exhibitor information regarding setup, ordering of booth equipment, shipments, etc. will be sent out to confirmed exhibitors in September 2010.
Venue
BIO-Europe 2010 will be held in the International Congress Center Munich (ICM).
The exhibition will be set up on two levels of the ICM foyer, centrally located between partnering booths and workshop and presentation rooms. For details you may download the exhibition floor plan here.
