Biotech Company Presentation Application

Biotechnology companies seeking to partner their products, initiate strategic alliances or tap into the international financing network are welcome to apply to present at BIO-Europe 2010.

Do not miss this chance to present to an audience of leading pharma companies and financial institutions. Presenting at BIO-Europe is the best way to increase your visibility among dealmakers and a great opportunity to get partnerships started.

Presentations are 15 minutes long and focus on the following issues:

• Key technologies
• Product/clinical development
• Existing alliances
• Type of alliances sought

An independent Expert Committee will select the presenting companies based on their assessment of the company's submitted online profile.

• The registration fees are excluding VAT, 19% VAT will be added as applicable.
• North American registrants will be invoiced in USD. All others please remit in EUR.
• Online registration will close on November 12, 2010. After November 12, 2010, all registrations will be handled on site.
• Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced for the registration fee.
• Companies with three full-paying delegates will receive one complimentary ticket for the fourth attendee from their company.

• Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks

• Dinner events during the conference

Profile/Conference CD

EBD Group has already implemented various measures to produce more environmentally-conscious conferences. Our first step in this direction was to discontinue hard copies of company profiles in order to reduce paper usage. Our next step in going green is to refrain from producing conference CDs which also included company profiles. Your company profile will of course continue to be published in the password-protected partnering section of the BIO-Europe website.

We will now make all company profiles available as a download. You can access the download tool within the partneringONE^® system starting November 5, 2010 and it will remain available for a few months until after the conference. Please note that profiles received after November 5, 2010 will not be included in the download.

Application form/Deadlines

We will notify you about the status/outcome of your application by end of August, 2010. The notification will also contain a link to your online invoice and payment instructions.

Payment/Invoice

Companies selected for a presentation will receive an invoice shortly after they have been notified about their assigned presentation slot.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be sent by October 1, 2010, to Tom Voigt at tvoigt@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a EUR 250/ USD250 processing fee) or the full registration and presenting fee will be charged. Refunds will be processed after BIO-Europe 2010.

After October 1, 2010, the full registration fee is applicable. However, a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement from your company.

Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and if applicable the full presentation fee.
