Midsize Pharma Presentation Application
BIO-Europe invites midsize pharmaceutical companies to present at the conference. This presentation track reflects the many requests received from the biotechnology industry and from the conference's continuously increasing number of participants from midsize pharmaceutical companies who are involved in the partnering process.
We believe that these presentations will further enhance the opportunity for on-site dealmaking between midsize pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology companies.
Presentations by companies are 15 minutes and focus on the following topics:
- Company overview, including pipeline and marketed products
- Existing alliances with biotechnology or other pharmaceutical companies
- Type of alliances sought
An independent Expert Committee will select the presenting companies based on their assessment of the company's submitted online profile.

- Online registration will close on November 12, 2010, 15:00 CET, after which all registrations will be handled on site.
- North American registrants will be invoiced in USD. All others please remit in EUR.
- The registration fees are excluding VAT, 19% VAT will be added as applicable.
- Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced for the registration fee.
- Companies with three full paying delegates will receive one complimentary ticket for the fourth attendee from their company.
Your registration fee covers
- Submission of up to 150 requests per company for one-to-one meetings during the conference
- Access to all workshops, presentations, panel discussions and the exhibition hall
- Publication of your company and personal profile on partneringONE®, BIO-Europe’s partnering system
- Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, complimentary coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages in the conference center
- Three evening networking receptions
Profile
Your company profile will be published in the password-protected partnering section of the BIO-Europe website.
We will now make all company profiles available as a download. You can access the download tool within the partneringONE® system starting November 10, 2010 and it will remain available for a few months until after the conference. Please note that profiles received after November 5, 2010 will not be included in the download.
Application form/Deadlines
The deadline for submitting applications has already passed.
We will notify you about the status/outcome of your application by the end of August, 2010.

Payment/Invoice
Companies selected for a presentation will receive an invoice shortly after they have been notified about their assigned presentation slot.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent by October 1, 2010, to Tom Voigt at tvoigt@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a EUR 250/ USD250 processing fee) or the full registration and presenting fee will be charged. Refunds will be processed after BIO-Europe 2010.
After October 1, 2010, the full registration fee is applicable. However, a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement from your company.
Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and, if applicable, the full presentation fee.
