The deadline for submitting your application
to present is June 30, 2009.
The selection committee will review your application for a
company presentation based on the profile that is submitted.
We therefore ask you to enter an up to date profile online
by June 30 at the very latest. Submit your company profile
here.
We will notify you about the status/outcome of your application
by mid-August, 2009. The notification will also contain a
link to your online invoice and payment instructions. |

| Cancellation Policy |

Cancellations
must be sent by September
18, 2009, to Tom Voigt at tvoigt@ebdgroup.com
to receive a refund (minus a EUR 250 processing fee) or
the full registration and presenting fee will be charged.
Refunds will be processed after BIO-Europe 2009.
After September 18, 2009,
the full registration fee is applicable. However,
a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement
from your company.
Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration
fee and if applicable the full presentation fee. |
