- The registration fees are excluding VAT,
20% VAT will be added as applicable.
- North American registrants will be invoiced
in USD. All others please remit in EUR.
- Online registration will close on October 30, 2009. After October 30, all registrations will be handled
on site.
- Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced
for the registration fee.
- Companies with three full-paying delegates will receive one
complimentary ticket for the fourth attendee from their company.

| Profile/Conference CD |
| Company profiles received after October 16, 2009 will not be included on the BIO-Europe
2009 conference CD. However, your company profile will be published
in the password-protected partnering section of the BIO-Europe
website. |

| Payment/Invoice |
You will receive an invoice with
information on the methods of payment by the end of July. The invoice
is payable upon receipt.
To guarantee the early bird registration discount (deadline August 31, 2009) payments must be received by September 18, 2009. |

| Cancellation policy |
Cancellations must be sent
by September 18, 2009,
to Tom Voigt at tvoigt@ebdgroup.com
to receive a refund (minus a EUR 250 processing fee) or the full
registration and presenting fee will be charged. Refunds will
be processed after BIO-Europe 2009.
After September 18, 2009,
the full registration fee is applicable. However,
a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement from your
company.
Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration
fee and if applicable the full presentation fee.
