Profile/Conference CD
Company profiles received after October 24, 2008, will not be included in the BIO-Europe conference CD. However, your company profile will be published in the password-protected Partnering section of the BIO-Europe website and you will appear on the attendee list of the conference book.

Your registration fee includes:

• access to all workshops, presentations, panel discussions and the exhibition hall
• participation in the partnering process
• conference CD
• all conference dinner events
• coffee breaks and lunches
  
  

Payment/Invoice
You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment shortly after your registration. The invoice is payable within 15 business days.
To guarantee the early registration discount (deadline August 31, 2008) payments must be received by September 19, 2008.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by September 26, 2008, to Tom Voigt at tvoigt@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a processing fee of € 250). Refunds will be processed after BIO-Europe 2008.

After September 26, 2008, the full registration fee is applicable. However, you may send a replacement from your company.
No-shows will still be billed for the full registration fee as we are fulfilling our event obligations.
