• The registration fees are excluding VAT, 20% VAT will be added as applicable.
• North American registrants will be invoiced in USD. All others please remit in EUR.
• Online registration will close on October 30, 2009. After October 30, all registrations will be handled on site.
• Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced for the registration fee.
• Companies with three full-paying delegates will receive one complimentary ticket for the fourth attendee from their company.

EBD Group has already implemented various measures to produce more environmentally-conscious conferences. Our first step in this direction was to discontinue hard copies of company profiles in order to reduce paper usage. Our next step in going green is to refrain from producing conference CDs which also included company profiles. Your company profile will of course continue to be published in the password-protected partnering section of the BIO-Europe website.

We will now make all company profiles available as a download. You can access the download tool within the partneringONE^® system starting Oct 28 and it will remain available for a few months until after the conference. Please note that profiles received after October 23 will not be included in the download.

Cancellations must be sent by September 18, 2009, to Tom Voigt at tvoigt@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a EUR 250 processing fee) or the full registration and presenting fee will be charged. Refunds will be processed after BIO-Europe 2009.
After September 18, 2009, the full registration fee is applicable. However, a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement from your company.
Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and if applicable the full presentation fee.

Please register the new person who will attend the conference in your place at www.ebdgroup.com/bioeurope/registration.htm and note “replaces (your name) who will no longer attend” in the comment field within the online registration form.

We will then activate the new registration, deactivate your registration and transfer your payment (if already submitted). Meeting requests and scheduled meetings will be transferred as well.

Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee.
