We are asking all presenters to use Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. Each company has 14 minutes allocated for their presentation.
Can I edit my company's profile?Yes. Please go to the Partnering page of this site. You'll have to enter the username and password you submitted while entering your registration/application. Please note, that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
How much is the presentation fee? Does it include registration? Do I have to register separately?The presentation fee is EUR 850/USD 1,050 for BIO members
and EUR 1,150/USD 1,350 for non-members.
Each company representative will be charged the registration fee
of EUR 2,095/USD 2,395.
With your Application to Present you are automatically registered
for the conference. There is no need to register separately.
To ensure a technically flawless BIO-Europe event, we
are asking all presenters to submit their Microsoft PowerPoint
presentations prior to the conference.

How can I exhibit at the conference?You can exhibit at BIO-Europe by becoming
an official sponsor of the event.
As you will see (click on link above), the Sponsorship packages also include
a variety of other benefits such as complimentary
tickets and exposure in all conference-related marketing
materials.
We also have a limited number of exhibition booths available
for non-sponsoring companies.
The price for a 3x2 meter exhibition space is EUR 6,995/USD 8,345.

Please complete a separate regular registration form for each additional attendee. Each additional attendee will be charged the registration fee.
Can I register on site?Yes. Note, that the onsite registration fee is EUR 2,195/USD 2,495 + . Payment is required at the time of registration and can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard). Company check or cash are also accepted if paying in EUR.
Is it possible to attend the conference for one day?No. Only full conference passes are available.
Can I share my registration pass with my colleagues?No. Conferences passes are not transferable.
Fees What are the fees to register as a regular attendee or as a presenter?Please see the Registration page for details.
What is included in the price?Your registration includes:
- Submission of up to 150 requests per company for one-to-one meetings during the conference
- Access to all workshops, presentations, panel discussions and the exhibition hall
- Publication of your company and personal profiles on partneringONE®, BIO-Europe's partnering system
- Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, complimentary coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages in the conference center
- Three evening networking receptions
Companies with three full paying delegates will receive one complimentary ticket for the fourth attendee from that company.
Invoicing When will I receive an invoice?You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment by end of July. The invoice is payable within 15 business days. To guarantee the early bird registration discount (deadline August 31, 2013) payments must be received by October 1, 2013.
Presenting companies will receive an invoice shortly after they have been selected to present.
What are the methods of payment?You have the choice to pay by credit card, check or wire transfer. Details can be found on the invoice you will receive after your registration.
What happens if I have not paid my registration fee before the conference?You will be asked for payment (of the higher onsite registration fee EUR 2,195/USD 2,495 + when arriving at the conference venue.
Can I send a replacement?Yes. Please register the new person who will attend the conference in your place at www.ebdgroup.com/bioeurope/registration/index.php and note “replaces (your name) who will no longer attend” in the comment field within the online registration form.
We will then activate the new registration, deactivate your registration and transfer your payment (if already submitted). Meeting requests and scheduled meetings will be transferred as well.
Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee.

Cancellation What is the cancellation policy?Cancellations must be sent by September 21, 2013, to Simon Englhart at senglhart@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a EUR 250/USD 300 processing fee) or the full registration and presenting fee will be charged. Refunds will be processed after BIO-Europe.
After October 1, 2013, the full registration fee is applicable. However, a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement from your company.
Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and if applicable the full presentation fee.

Company Profiles What are the profiles used for?Company profiles will be made available to all other participants password-protected partnering section of the BIO-Europe website on September 23, 2013.
Presenting companies will be selected based on the
corporate profiles they submitted.
The selection committee will review your application for a company
presentation based on the profile that is submitted. We therefore
ask you to enter an up to date profile online by July 15, 2013 at the
very latest. Submit your company profile here.
Your company profile will
be published in the password-protected
partnering section of the BIO-Europe website.
Yes. Please visit the password-protected partnering section to edit your company profile. You'll have to enter the username and password you submitted while entering your registration/application. Your confirmation email contains your username and password.
Can I send my company profile as a Word document/PDF file/etc.?No. We accept only those profiles submitted through the password-protected partnering section.
Lost your password?Please use the password reminder. Your username and password will be emailed to you immediately.
My username/password doesn't work. What now?Please enter your username and password
exactly as entered on the registration/application form.
Your confirmation email contains your username and password.
In our continuous efforts to offer more environmentally conscious conferences we are trying to decrease the very large number of company brochures which are regularly left behind on the literature table after each conference. Therefore we no longer offer the possibility to send your company literature to the conference.
You may, however, bring your materials to the conference yourself and place the brochures on a designated literature table in the main conference area.
Company literature remaining at the end of the conference will be disposed of. Therefore please limit your company literature to 50 pieces. Experience has shown that this number of copies is sufficient for distribution.
