To
help bring entrepreneurial companies to the attention of pharma and
large biotech, EBD Group is offering a limited number of reduced fee
presentation slots.
Please apply for a "Next Generation" Presentation if your
company:
- was
created in the past three year
- has fewer than 25 employees
- has
a product pipeline, but is not yet in phase II
- is not revenue generating
- has never presented at an EBD Group event before
A
panel of industry experts will select the presenting companies. The
panel will make each decision based on the company profile that is submitted
(deadline: May 15, 2009), taking into consideration
the potential interest of pharmaceutical companies, consistency with
BioPharm America’s focus, and the licensability of the technology. |

| Each company will be allowed 7 minutes for their presentation, which should focus on the following areas: |

Companies that apply to present must submit
their profile by May 15, 2009 for evaluation. |

The "Next Generation"
(NXT) registration fee only applies to companies selected for
a NXT presentation and is not available to non-presenting companies
even if the criteria for a NXT company are met. |

Additional attendees
of a NXT presenting company will also receive the NXT registration
fee. |
| • |
The NXT registration
fee cannot be combined with any other discount such as a delegation
discount. |
| • |
Discounted registration fees are only available
to registrants from companies selected to make a "Next Generation"
presentation. |
| • |
Companies with two full paying delegates will
receive one complimentary ticket for the third attendee from that
company. |

| Companies selected for a presentation
will receive an invoice shortly after they have been notified about
their assigned presentation slot. |

Cancellations
must be sent by July 31, 2009, to Elaine Bundy at ebundy@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a USD 250 processing fee) or the
full registration and presentation fees will be charged.
Refunds will be processed after BioPharm America.
After July 31, 2009, the full registration and presentation
fees are applicable (except in the case of cancellation following
non-selection for presentation). However, a paid up registration
is transferable to a replacement delegate from your company.
Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration
fee and if applicable the full presentation fee. |
