Biotech Presentation Application

Biotechnology companies interested in partnering their technologies or products, initiating strategic alliances, or tapping into the US financing network are welcome to apply to present at BioPharm America™ 2010.

A panel of industry experts will select the presenting companies. The panel will make each decision based on the company profile that was submitted (deadline: May 21, 2010) and on the interests of pharmaceutical companies, consistency with BioPharm America’s focus and the licensability of products or technology.

Presentation guidelines

Each company will be allowed 15 minutes for their presentation, which should focus on the following areas:

  • Brief corporate background
  • Licensing opportunities in
    • Key technology
    • Product / clinical development
  • Type of alliances sought
  • Existing alliances

  • Companies that apply to present must submit their profile by May 21, 2010 for evaluation
  • Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced for the registration fee.
  • Companies with three full paying delegates will receive one complimentary ticket for the third attendee from that company.

Application form/deadlines

We will notify you about the status/outcome of your application by mid-June, 2010. The notification will also contain a link to your online invoice and payment instructions.

Your registration fee covers

  • Participation in one-to-one partnering meetings
  • Unlimited access to all workshops, presentations and panel discussions
  • Admission to the exhibition area
  • Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
  • Conference guide
  • Receptions and dinner events during the conference

Company profile

Your company profile will be published in the password-protected Partnering section of the BioPharm America website.

Payment/invoice

Companies selected for a presentation will receive an invoice shortly after they have been notified about their assigned presentation slot.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent by July 31, 2010, to Gail Bendert at gbendert@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a USD 250 processing fee) or the full registration fees will be charged.
Refunds will be processed after BioPharm America.

After July 31, 2010, the full registration and presentation fees are applicable (except in the case of cancellation following non-selection for presentation). However, a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement delegate from your company.

Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and, if applicable, the full presentation fee.
