Fee structure

To guarantee the early registration discount payments must be received by July 30, 2010.

Online registration will close on September 10, 2010. After September 10, all registrations will be handled on site.

•

Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced for the registration fee.

Multiple attendee discount

Companies with three full paying delegates will receive one complimentary ticket for the fourth attendee from that company.

Company profile

Your company profile will be published in the password-protected Partnering section of the BioPharm America™ website.

Payment/invoice

You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment shortly after your registration. The invoice is payable upon receipt.
To guarantee the discounted early registration fee (deadline June 30, 2010) payments must be received by July 31, 2010.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent by July 31, 2010, to Gail Bendert at gbendert@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a USD 250 processing fee) or the full registration fees will be charged.
Refunds will be processed after BioPharm America.

After July 31, 2010, the full registration and presentation fees are applicable (except in the case of cancellation following non-selection for presentation). However, a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement delegate from your company.
Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and if applicable the full presentation fee.
