Your registration fee covers

- Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
- Dinner events during the conference

- To guarantee the early registration discount, payments must be received by July 31, 2012.
- Online registration will close on September 14, 2012, 12:00 pm PDT, after which all registrations will be handled on site.

Multiple attendee discount
Companies with three full-paying delegates will receive one complimentary ticket for the fourth attendee from that company.
Company profile
Your company profile will be published in the password-protected partnering section of the BioPharm America™ website.
Payment/Invoice
Register before July 20, 2012
and save USD 200
You will receive an invoice with information on the methods of payment shortly after your registration. The invoice is payable upon receipt.
To guarantee the early registration discount (deadline July 20, 2012) payments must be received by July 31, 2012.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be sent by July 31, 2012, to
Holly Mersy at hmersy@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a
USD 300 processing fee) or the full registration fees
will be charged.
Refunds will be processed after BioPharm America.
After July 31, 2012, the full registration and presentation fees are applicable (except in the case of cancellation following non-selection for presentation). However, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement delegate from your company.
Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and, if applicable, the full presentation fee.
