Private Company Presentation Slot

Biotech Showcase invites private life science companies to request a presentation slot. Build your company's profile and attract investment and potential collaborators. Biotech Showcase features companies in the following broad groups:

How to request a presentation slot

To request a presentation slot, click on the "Request a Presentation Slot" button and fill out the form. (This will also serve as your registration for the conference.) Once your request has been received, you will be asked to complete a company profile in the partneringONE^® system. This information will be:

used to select your company to present
viewable to other meeting attendees so they are able to request meetings with your firm. Partnering will be launched four weeks before the conference
published in the conference guide

Online registration will close on January 4, 2013, 12:00 pm PST, after which all registrations will be handled on site.
Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced for the registration fee.

Acceptance rounds

October 26, 2012 – Acceptance round one closes. Requests submitted by this date receive priority timeslot placement.
November 28, 2012 – Acceptance round two closes. After this date requests to present will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Company presentation policy and guidelines

Presenters are required to pay their presentation and registration fees prior to December 2, 2012
Presentations must be uploaded to our secure server no later than January 4, 2013. You will receive a username and password to access the server upon confirmation that your company has been selected to present at Biotech Showcase
Microsoft PowerPoint is the acceptable format
Presentations are strictly limited to 14 minutes including introduction. The slide deck should not exceed 18 slides (we recommend a maximum of 14 slides)
Q&A is not recommended during the 15-minute timeslot

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent by November 30, 2012, to Gail Bendert at gbendert@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a USD 200 processing fee). Refunds will be processed after Biotech Showcase.

After November 30, 2012, the full registration and presentation fees are applicable (except in the case of cancellation following non-selection for presentation). However, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement delegate from your company. Please note that no-shows will be invoiced for the full registration fee and if applicable the full presentation fee.
