Registration fees and categories

*Member Rate: In order to qualify for the member rate, you must be a member of a supporting biotechnology association. No retroactive member discounts will be granted. Please note your association affiliation at the time of registration.

Corporate presentation benefits

• 20-minute corporate presentation with PowerPoint slides
• Breaks, luncheon and networking reception
• Access to the speaker ready room
• Company profile in Biotech Showcase handbook and company listing in presentation schedule
• Link to company website from Biotech Showcase website
• Access to meeting space for investor or business development meetings

Corporate presentation policy and guidelines

• Presenters are required to pay presentation fee prior to December 4, 2009
• Presentations must be submitted to Steve Suriano by email at least 48 hours prior to presentation timeslot
• Microsoft PowerPoint is the acceptable format
• Presentations are strictly limited to 20 minutes including introduction. The slide deck should not exceed 18 slides
• Q&A is not recommended during the 20-minute presentation

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent by November 30, 2009, to Gail Bendert at gbendert@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a USD 150 processing fee). Refunds will be processed after Biotech Showcase.

After November 30, 2009, the full registration and presentation fees are applicable (except in the case of cancellation following non-selection for presentation). However, a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement delegate from your company. Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and if applicable the full presentation fee.
