The registration fees are excluding VAT, 19% VAT will be added as applicable.
Confirmation
EBD Group will send you a confirmation of your registration
by email.
Method of Payment
We'll send you an invoice containing payment information
(wire/check/credit card). North American registrants will be invoiced
in USD.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent by September
24, 2010 to Tina Gunnink at tgunnink@ebdgroup.com
to receive a refund (minus EUR 250/USD 300 processing fee) or the full registration fee will be charged.
Refunds will be processed after the course. After September
24, 2010, the full registration fee is applicable. You
may send a substitute from your company.
No-shows will be billed as we are fulfilling our event
obligations.
