Event moves to new location to meet high demand from presenting companies
Carlsbad and San Francisco, California – April 29, 2010: EBD Group and Demy-Colton Life Science Advisors today announced that Biotech Showcase™, scheduled for January 10–12, 2011, will be held at the Parc 55 Hotel in Union Square, San Francisco. Now in its third year, Biotech Showcase attracts an audience of public and private investors, as well as business development executives interested in hearing from and meeting with management of emerging life science companies. Biotech Showcase 2011 is expected to attract upwards of 800 attendees, an increase of 10 percent over the 2010 edition, with presentations from 150 public and private companies. The event also features a full program of workshops and insightful plenary sessions.
New for Biotech Showcase 2011 will be a presentation track featuring molecular diagnostics firms that are on the forefront of personalized medicine, as well as a track featuring service providers such as CROs and CMOs that provide fundamental support to the life science industry.
