EuroMedtech™ 2012 features exhibit space for sponsors and non-sponsors
- All booths will be located in the main conference area
- All breakfasts, coffee breaks and the closing reception will take place in the exhibit hall
- Standard booth spaces measure six square meters
- In-line and corner booths are available

Exhibitor package
The cost for the regular exhibitor package is EUR 3790*/USD 4200*
This package includes:
- 6 m2 booth space (2 m x 3 m; approx 10' x 7') comprising
- Back panel, and partition panels as necessary
- Standard carpeting as necessary
- Basic power supply
- Wireless LAN internet access
- Listing with logo, hyperlink and company name on the conference website
- Company profile on the website
- Company name listed in the conference guide
- One booth personnel registration. This covers food and beverages for all conference days and access to all evening events, but does not include access to partnering
- One full partnering registration ticket**
* North American registrants will be invoiced in USD, and all others in EUR. VAT will be added as applicable.
** Additional attendees from the same company will be invoiced at the appropriate registration rate.
