Presenting Companies

Innovative companies interested in partnering their technologies or products, initiating strategic alliances, or tapping into the European financing network are welcome to apply to present at EuroMedtech™ 2010.

A panel of industry experts will select the presenting companies. The panel will make each decision based on the company profile submitted in the partnering system, the interests of the medical device industry, consistency with EuroMedtech’s focus and the licensability of products or technology. 

Registration fee structure for presentating companies

• Online registration will close on May 28, 2010, 15:00 CET, after which all registrations will be handled on site.
• North American registrants will be invoiced in USD. All others please remit in EUR.
• The registration fees are excluding VAT, 19% VAT will be added as applicable.
• Companies that apply to present must submit their profile for evaluation (deadline March 19, 2010)
• With your Application to Present you are automatically registered for the conference. There is no need to register separately.
• Additional attendees from the same company will only be invoiced the registration fee applicable at the time they register.
• Companies with two full-paying delegates will receive one complimentary ticket for the third attendee from their company.

Your registration covers

• Submission of up to 150 requests per company for one-to-one meetings during the conference
• Access to all workshops, presentations, and panel discussions
• Access to the exhibit area
• Publication of your company and personal profile on partneringONE^®, EuroMedtech’s partnering system
• Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
• Dinner events during the conference

Presenter guidelines

Each company will be allowed 14 minutes for their presentation, which should focus on the following areas:

• Brief corporate background
• Collaboration opportunities in
  • Key technology
  • Product / clinical development
• Type of alliances sought
• Existing alliances

Company profile

Your company profile will be published in the password-protected Partnering section of the EuroMedtech website.

Confirmation

You will be sent a confirmation of your application to present by email.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent by April 30, 2010 to Holly Mersy at hmersy@ebdgroup.com to receive a refund (minus a EUR 250/USD 300 processing fee) or the full registration and, if applicable, presenting fee will be charged. Refunds will be processed after EuroMedtech 2010. After April 30, 2010, the full registration fee is applicable. However, a paid up registration is transferable to a replacement from your company. Please note that no-shows will be billed for the full registration fee and, if applicable, the full presentation fee.
