Zamir Islamshah - Program Director, Chairman of the Selection Committee

Zamir Islamshah

Zamir is based in Zurich and works as a social investment advisor to forward-looking firms, foundations and philanthropists. He is the founder of Impact Angels®, a global impact investment advisory. Zamir began his career as a development economist at the World Bank where he spent six years focused on development strategies in some 30 countries and as a contributing author to six important global studies. He was an intern to President Jimmy Carter and at the United Nations and holds a BA from McGill University and an MA from George Washington University.

Claire Macht - Conference Director

Claire Macht

Claire is based in Munich and responsible for program development and sponsorship implementation at Partnering for Global Impact. Claire joined EBD Group in 2007 as a project manager for EBD Group's partnering services. She has since expanded her role to include complete conference management. Claire holds an Honors BA from Mount Allison University and an MA from Bristol University.

Pam Putz - Operations Director

Pam is responsible for logistics and conference operations for Partnering for Global Impact. Pam joined EBD Group’s California office in 2001. Since then she has relocated to Munich and has been involved in a number of different areas within the company from venue to presenting company management as well managing sponsor and delegation accounts. Pam graduated from the Bavarian Academy of Foreign Trade in 2001.
