About the Founders

Gamil de Chadarevian

Gamil de Chadarevian is the Founder of, "Partnering for Global Impact", a landmark initiative in impact investing and philanthropy to share knowledge and experience and to facilitate outcomes through one-to-one meetings between engaged global citizens. He speaks at selected conferences, advises a number of families on their "living legacies" and on expanding their social impact activities.

Gamil has joined the Advisory Board of Method Investments & Advisory Ltd, a London based independent investment firm. He has teamed with Giuseppe Dessi to build a platform of High Impact Debt Instruments (HIDI) and connect private and institutional investors with businesses seeking capital to scale up initiatives with a positive social impact. Gamil is particularly focused on job creation through collaborations with organizations and institutions like the INSEAD business school and as a member of the Advisory Board of Hand-in-Hand, a not-for-profit organization that has already created over 1.5 million jobs in India. Gamil also serves on the Advisory Board of Global Medic Force, a not-for-profit global leader in clinical skills rapid transfer to emerging nations; Alterra Impact Finance and Venture Valuation. He is an Advisor to EBD Group.

A successful entrepreneur and investor, Gamil helped build seven companies in the US and Europe between 1995 and 2009. He has served as an advisor to several other companies including IVAX Corporation in Miami (today Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd). Until 1998, Gamil was Managing Director of Special Projects at Alza International in Palo Alto and the Vice President of Corporate Development for Corange London Ltd (Boehringer Mannheim), two healthcare companies. Prior to 1992, he held positions at Pasfin Servizi Finanziari SpA, GEA Consulenza and Credit Suisse in Zurich and Bahrain. Gamil was a co-founder of the Asta di San Patrignano in 2001, an annual gala benefit dinner in Milan. He assisted Guy Laliberté, the founder of Cirque du Soleil, to launch his One Drop Foundation in 2006/2007. Gamil received a degree in economics from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
