Dr. Niti Pall is Chair of Pathfinder Health India.

Dr. Niti is a visionary senior clinical leader, who combines leading edge developmental roles with a passion for the delivery of top quality primary care to disadvantaged communities. Dr. Niti works as a doctor in a thriving inner-city practice and was a board member of Diabetes UK and currently chairs the International Diabetes Federation. She recently sat on the Futures Forum a high level think tank that advises the Government and the health Secretary on NHS reform.

Pathfinder Health India aims to set up a nationwide chain of family medicine centers (delivering primary healthcare 'cradle to grave') based on an effective hub and spoke model for healthcare delivery. It is presently establishing primary healthcare in India this care is providing the local population with access to quality primary care services, in some cases for the first time. Its ambitions are predicated on the desire to bring clinically smart models viable in the Indian context that justify investment. This is a business with a social intent.
